Family Stocking Stuffers To Snag

With Christmas fast approaching, it has come time for the Claus' to gather some gifts both big and small for the crew. This year we won't be home for the actual holiday, but that won't stop Santa from coming down our tree. As the kids get a bit older and with their birthdays being so close to the holidays, truthfully it gets hard to buy for them. One day, they're obsessed with Spiderman and Unicorns and the next it's Hulk and Mermaids. Sooo how do you get them all the things?!

I will admit it, my kids definitely get spoiled this time of year. So, balancing being Santa and giving gifts as parents can be hard. If you're like us, it can be hard to differentiate between what the season can and should be about, and what it can often turn in to. While we are not very good practicing Catholics, we do want the kids to understand what the season is actually about and the day, and why we celebrate, in addition to the fun parts of Santa and gift giving.

This year I handled the stocking stuffers first, and while most of them are from the $3 section of Target (and yes I said $3 and not $1 because there is barely anything for $1 available anymore...), I did grab a few additional items!

Merry Christmas! Happy shopping!

Cheers,

E
