Recipe Round Up

If you have been following my blog or Instagram for a while, you know I love to cook! I am always on the hunt for new recipes and I love manipulating recipes and putting my own spin on them.

Amongst many of my favorite recipes, there is one common ingredient… chicken broth! Specifically, Swanson Chicken Broth! Not only does this chicken broth enhance the flavors of a dish, but, it is packed with the perfectly balanced flavors of farm-raised chicken, vegetables and high-quality seasonings.

What makes it even better? Chicken broth is rich with vitamins and minerals, which are useful against common ailments like the common cold, the flu, and food poisoning… which with kids in school, a global pandemic and all the germs in everyday life, we can use all the immune support possible!

Cream of Chicken Chicken - When people think chicken broth, they often think soup, BUT this is one of my favorite recipes to use chicken broth for because it helps bring out all of the flavors and keeps the chicken juicy!

And although these recipes do not include chicken broth, they are some other yummy options to add into your weekly dinner rotation!

Honey Garlic Asian Style Chicken Noodles - This dish is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy and is such a good option to satisfy that Asian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai cuisine craving!

Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Soup - If you are craving a rich soup with unique flavors, look no further! I am OBSESSED with this soup and the kids like it too!

Citrus Garlic Salmon - With warm weather around the corner, this light and refreshing dish is perfect for summer and will be coming back into my personal recipe rotation. It is also a great addition to a salad!

Spinach Avocado Salad with Lime Vinaigrette - I adapted this easy to make, healthy to eat salad from Jessie James Decker's "Just Feed Me" cookbook and it is an easy lunch option for all my busy working mamas or anyone looking to change up their salad recipes!
