Cream of Chicken Soup Chicken Recipe

We are a big chicken people around these parts! Chicken is part of 4-5 meals a week at least. While we do have our staple menu items, I try to mix it up every once in awhile and I swear I have officially created the most easy chicken dinner of all time for those that don't have 2 hours to prep and cook every night!

Ready for it?

Drive to Chick-Fil-A!! HA HA Just kidding! I call it Cream of Chicken Soup Chicken.

How To:

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. In a cast iron skillet sprinkle your olive oil and add chicken, seasoning on both sides with Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute to taste on high heat and let chicken brown on both sides.

  3. Once chicken is browned to your liking, add the can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup and the chicken broth to the skillet and stir slightly, then put entire skillet into the oven at 375

  4. While chicken finishes cooking you can prepare your favorite rice or quinoa side but I recommend microwaving the Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice for 90 seconds

  5. Chicken should take about 15 minutes, remove from skillet and serve over rice/quinoa

  6. Add your favorite vegetable on the side - I recommend green beans or broccoli!
