Elizabeth Carberry

A die-hard Patriots fan, born in Brooklyn, NY and a DC resident for over a decade, Elizabeth is driven by a sense of curiosity and fueled by the creative energy and people with whom she gets to interact daily.

In 2011, Elizabeth founded, ArtSee, a boutique arts management and exhibition firm, aimed at creating opportunities for artists in the Washington metro area. Having made an impact on her ArtSee clients over four successful years, in 2016 Elizabeth set out to provide the same enthusiastic and creative customer service to small businesses, couples and individuals. Her hope is to bring her client’s vision to life in a tangible way!

Because of the amazingly innovative and inspiring people that she gets to work with, Elizabeth co-founded Fostr Collaborative in 2018, a collaborative workspace, photo studio and event space for female entrepreneurs in the District.


Kristen Dawson

Born and raised in sunny Florida, Kristen moved to Washington DC in 2014 to attend Catholic University of America. Falling in love with the fun-loving, stylish, and non political side of the city she found herself working in the wonderful world of events. Coming from a large family, Kristen loves to constantly be busy and running around! She was a four year swimmer and director of Relay for Life in college which prompted her passion for events.

Her senior year, Kristen interned at Fathom Gallery, a venue in Logan Circle DC. In addition to working on creative and events with Elizabeth Carberry, Kristen continues to manage in house events at Fathom Gallery, The Gallery at Elevate, and Fostr Collaborative. Her goal is to use her creative mind and eye for beauty to make all clients creative dreams into beautiful realities!



Minnesota girl, living an East Coast lifestyle. Kallie Farley is driven by her passion for creativity and working to make ideas become realities. Kallie moved to DC in 2015 to attend The Catholic University of America and found herself loving all DC has to offer making it impossible to leave. Kallie studied marketing and management and loves using her business knowledge in the creative and empowering environment at Elizabeth Carberry.

Upon graduation, Kallie entered the “real-world” as a marketing associate for a project financing firm in DC. When not working for Elizabeth or at her other job, Kallie loves to travel, workout, read, watch sports, and spend time with her family and friends. Her hope is to bring her talents to the table to provide creative content and results to the amazing clients she has the opportunity to work with.
