holiday wrapping.

One of my favorite things about gifting is the wrapping paper! Stores like papersource are pretty much my favorite places to waste time - any time of the year. Especially around the holidays! Every year I try to coordinate my wrapping with a specific theme, color, or style. Normally I'll just go to any store and buy the most festive and appealing papers but this year I wanted to change it up and go more "local."

searched Etsy for a fun and festive paper and found it in Brandi Monard's beautifully creative shop.

randi is a creative from Orlando, Florida. By day she works to create "immersive environments around the globe." But her passion is design, illustration, 3D modeling and storytelling. Her Etsy shop is full of the most fun and slightly whimsical cards, papers, and tags for the holidays and more! She works in various mediums; sketching by hand, gouache painting, and drawing digitally.

I chose a combination of 4 of her holiday papers and I'm mildly obsessed. My color scheme was to stick with traditional Christmas colors and my typical neutral blacks and whites. I just fell in love with the gingerbread men and the black and white holly is almost not even exclusively for the holidays. She also infuses blue into some of the papers in a way that I love too!

Tip one when wrapping for the holidays... find something fun and different! And tip two... check out Brandi's shop! Check her out on insta too @brandimonard
