Chocolate peppermint CRACKers.
I emphasize the crack in crack (not that I condone drug use but if this was a drug I’d be hooked). Major props to my associate Kristen on this one since this is her recipe only I added the seasons key ingredient - peppermint!
Ingredients:
- 1 sleeve club crackers 
- 1 stick of butter 
- 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips 
- Handful of peppermint kisses (or candy canes) - crushed 
Recipe:
- Lay club crackers flat on baking sheet 
- Use 3/4 or full stick of butter depending on size of baking sheet 
- Melt butter and 1 1/2 - 2 cups of sugar in pot 
- Pour melted butter and sugar over crackers 
- Pour 3/4 - full bag of semi sweet chocolate chips on top 
- Melt in over at 200 degrees for 3-5 minutes 
- Use a spatula to spread melted chocolate chips over all crackers 
- Spring kisses or candy canes over top 
- Freeze for 1 hour or over night 
- Keep refrigerated
