MONTH of coordination
This service is for our couples that have selected, planned and dreamed up every detail for the day, by want to ensure that they (and their guests) enjoy the wedding without the stress of executing the day-of details. Our team takes over for you about six weeks prior to the day and coordinates all final details with vendors, completes the timeline, schedules and final meetings necessary and then is on hand to assist from sun up to sun down. The goal is to make sure our couples and their guests enjoy the day without lifting a finger and that it makes all their dream come true!
Day of coordination
Be on site and assist with rehearsal direction
Preview the wedding and reception site upon arrival
Assist with styling tables capes, florals, other decor elements
Introduce you to preferred wedding vendors and venues
Help organize and space the processional line-up
Review contracts and help with vendor negotiation
Facilitate all final meetings and walkthroughs
Greet guests or instruct ushers on the best way to greet and seat
Help pin on boutonnières and corsages
Keep track of the marriage license, ketubah, ritual items, and rings
Gathering up and distributing the ceremony items and important details at the ceremony and reception sites
Make sure set-up and décor for ceremony and reception is as requested
Serve as the point person for every vendor (so couple doesn’t have to) beginning one month out
Direct, style and confirm set up of the favors, place cards, guest book, gift table, cake table, and rentals
Keep track of timeline and moments throughout the day and evening
Assist with bride, groom, bridal party and guest management
Be responsible for getting gifts from reception to final destination
Respond to any last-minute emergencies or changes
Be on site through clean up and exit of all vendors
And be ready for anything!

A note that this service, is not a DIY service and that Elizabeth Carberry Creative will not execute any services that are deemed appropriate for other vendors, including but not limited to DJ, Florist or Bartender.
