Position: Part-Time Styling / Events Associate
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We are looking for a fun, experienced, driven and creative individual to join our team! The Styling and Events Associate will join the Elizabeth Carberry Creative Team to dream, design and create photo shoots, weddings and events. This role is part creative, part entrepreneurial, and all team collaboration! We need someone that is interested in working hands-on with clients, assisting with all aspects of executing our projects and that genuinely has a desire to learn the ins and outs of a creative business. We are growing and we want someone to grow with us. Our dreams are big so that we can make clients’ visions come to life!
Duties and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Behind the scenes content generation for social media (photo and video on phone)
Assistance with prop management for client photo shoots
Presence and assistance with coordination and styling on set for photo shoots
Inventory and catalog all props and maintain props and supplies
On site for events, weddings and photo shoots as needed (includes some evenings and weekends)
Administrative assistance to Elizabeth Carberry and Team as needed
Weekly check in with team in person or via Zoom (as schedules allow)
Assistance on overall growth of Elizabeth Carberry Creative and new business development concepts
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Interested in content generation, styling, weddings and events
Wants to learn the ins and outs of growing a business
Flexible with time
Enthusiastic about new opportunities
Creative and eager to dip your toes into different projects
Has transportation and can be on locations within the DMV area and beyond
Willing to jump in with the team on anything!
This is a part-time position (15-20 hours a week), located primarily in Georgetown, Washington, DC with some travel as needed.
Contractor position. Pay commensurate with experience.
